Standard Hourly Rate (tape hand-off)

STANDARD STUDIO AND/OR LOCATION VIDEO SHOOT (Run & Gun) = $200 per hour (2 hr minimum)

  • includes 2 person camera crew, 1-2 Sony broadcast quality cameras, basic outline/storyboard/script, basic 3-point lighting setup, basic audio recording, handoff of raw video footage on dvcam professional tape, free travel within 30 miles of Murfreesboro, TN
  • 1/2 deposit paid up front (non-refundable), 1/2 paid at completion
  • travel expenses additional if necessary (.45 per mile, per vehicle / reasonable lodging & food per crew member)
  • client to receive comprehensive, written estimate on all costs before project begins, as well as copy of all necessary receipts
  • digital archive of raw footage if requested ($10 per dvd)
  • requested and/or needed additional video production assistants will be an additional $150 per person, per day
  • cancellation of shoot by client due to circumstances beyond Navigation’s control are charged a 50% kill fee (retain deposit)
  • any and all actors, voice over talent, rental of space or equipment will be additional, quoted and agreed upon
  • any and all costs for licensing fees, permissions, delivery, will be paid by client

Standard Finished Per Minute Rate (short, corporate, and/or documentary)

STANDARD STUDIO AND/OR LOCATION VIDEO SHOOT = $1000 per finished minute (3 minute minimum) (finished minutes beyond 15 charged a reduced rate of $500 per minute)

  • includes 2 person camera crew, 1-2 Sony broadcast quality cameras, basic outline/storyboard/script. basic 3-point lighting setup, basic audio recording, basic editing & mastering, basic logo animation & graphics, free travel within 30 miles of Murfreesboro, TN
  • 1/2 deposit paid up front (non-refundable), 1/2 paid at completion
  • travel expenses additional if necessary (.45 per mile, per vehicle / lodging & food per crew member)
  • client to receive comprehensive, written estimate on all costs before project begins, as well as copy of all necessary receipts
